Bookings of appointment 

▪️ A non-refundable deposit of $20 to confirm the appointment via Fresha booking platform. 

▪️ Please ensure that you have key in the correct information (contact number, Email) as confirmation and remainders will be sent to you via text/email. 

▪️ Screenshot your transaction and drop us a WhatsApp with your appointment date/time. 

▪️ Slots are first come first serve basis, please confirm and checkout your time slot asap.

▪️ Please book your appointment 1 to 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. 

▪️ Slots are available for bookings 30 days in advance.

Cancellation/Refunds of appointment 

▪️ Do note that deposit will be forfeited for any cancellation/no show.

▪️ Some customers may experience certain side effects and customers are to accept the risk.  

▪️ Strictly no refunds once payment is made. Please check your lashes/brows before you leave. ​

Reschedule of appointment 
▪️ For reschedule of appointment please WhatsApp 88829822.
▪️ Reschedule must be done 72 hours before your appointment (Subjected to availability) Else it will be considered as cancellation.

 

On your appointment day

▪️ Please be ON TIME for your appointment, any late comer slot will automatically be cancelled. 

▪️ Please do not wear make up (Eg. mascara)

▪️ Do note that we DO NOT do extensions on customer who have just done lash lift 2-3 months prior. 

▪️ Strictly NO COMPANIONS. ​

Payment 

▪️ Payment by Paynow/Paylah!/Cash only.

▪️ Deposit will be offset, just pay the balance amount after the session!
